My weight loss journey with Traci Nicole Fit began two years ago, in March 2020. I felt as if I was not out of shape but did not like how I looked or felt and was diagnosed with high blood pressure, so I knew changes were necessary.

I reached out to a friend that recommended Traci as a personal trainer.   I have seen from her training is honesty, transparency, and compassion, not only about her role as a trainer but making sure that I obtained my goals.

 I have lost 33 pounds, from my starting weight of 167 pounds to my current weight is 136 pounds.

 I am not on high blood pressure medication.

 I am not suffering from chronic back or knee issues, and I feel and look great.

Traci Nicole Fit has given me the tools to reach my goals, a sisterhood of like-mind women on the same journey to share ideas with, confidence, and health.

I am glad I chose to reach out to Traci because she essentially has changed and saved my life.

Traci is a great personal trainer and I am proud to call her Coach. Why? Because she takes time to understand who we are as a person, understanding our health and fitness goals and pushes us past our limits.

 

When the pandemic started, I gained weight and had no desire to do anything health or fitness related. I have battled with obesity all my life. There were times I thought I would end up on My 600lb Life. Ever since that day Traci called and said, "Come to bootcamp. take control of your health again."

 

I did and I never looked back. From Size 24/26 in March 2020 to size 16/18 currently, 40lbs lost. I love the challenge of fitness and I hope my story convinces someone else to start their journey too. Thank You Coach

In the spring of 2018 at 19 years old,  I began my journey to losing weight, unfortunately for all the wrong reasons. I was on my way to lose weight to get a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL). I was ashamed of myself. I would look in the mirror disgusted at what I saw. A few months before going through with my procedure I found myself being dragged (by my mom) to Crunch fitness where she decided it was best I made these changes naturally. To say the least I was terrified. What Even was working out or training what did these things entail? 

When I began training with Traci she threw me into her own routines, she saw my potential long before I ever knew I had it in me. In my first few months of training I began to realize this wasn’t some woman that was just gonna tell me to do some push-ups or sit ups in a corner. Traci pushed and trained me how to workout correctly, unfortunately I was not yet ready to come face to face with what that would entail and I was nowhere near mentally ready to make that change. In about September 2018 I stopped working with Traci, but we still always stayed in touch. Though no longer working with Traci that never halted my drive and desire to reach my weight loss goals. In July of 2019 I began to use herbalife products and in doing so I was able to lose 30lbs in about 5 months. In March of 2020 I had recently gotten into a major car accident and in addition Covid hit and my life as I knew it had stopped. I was in physical therapy for over 3 months and I had lost all hope of ever being where I once had been. Simple exercises like a plank or sit-ups seemed almost impossible. Unfortunately like many being stuck in the house I gained almost all the weight I had gained back. I felt myself going back into a dark place I had once promised myself I would NEVER go back to. In May of 2020 just a few months into Traci starting her virtual bootcamps, I was “asked” to join in on one of her bootcamps. Though it was difficult and extremely painful I still showed up. In this time she began training other amazing women who had similar goals and through that we not only had a workout group I had a real support system of people who understood what I was feeling, thinking, and experiencing. I stayed consistent in working out, but unfortunately for me I wasn’t being honest with myself and still eating poorly. No matter what Traci still asked me to show up, not for her but for myself. Just being shown the consistency in myself made me realize that even though I have “failed” I had a strong support system of women to catch me and help me get back on track towards my goals. Finally in January of 2021 I said no more. I fully began investing in myself 100% realizing that this is a lifestyle and not just some phase in my life. I began fully taking on the 80/20 lifestyle. Through carefully following Traci’s meal plans she would provide for me and not only training with Traci but, learning to train on my own and continuing to practice all that I had learned in taking the time to train in the gym regularly on my own. I have regularly been going to bootcamps virtual and in person, group training and personal training. Though in more recent months I have not trained as frequently in one on one with Traci, her support for me still showed and continued to push me through any of my doubts. She continued to push me and see my potential that I had within me. This past year I have been able to lose 32lbs and keep it off since September of 2021. Traci constantly reminded me the importance of showing up and keeping on in my own marathon, because this journey is a marathon not a sprint.
