How long will it take me to reach my fitness goals?

There’s no exact window for how long it takes to get in shape. The time it takes depends on individual goals and the amount of physical activity, nutrition and consistency the person does. 

 

What should I eat before and after a workout?

Protein and carbs are good for before and after because your body burns carbohydrates for fuel. After your workout you’ll need the combination of carbs and protein again to help rebuild your muscles! 

 

Ex: oatmeal and egg whites 

How many days a week should I workout?

This all depends upon the individual’s specific goals. Dedicate atleast 30-60 mins of physical activity 3-5 days a week. Include strength, endurance, and cardio exercises to your routine. 

 

What is the best home workout equipment?

Yoga mat, dumbbells, resistance bands, glute bands, jump rope.

If you have space and/or storage space, I recommend any cardio machine or bike.
